  • The main motor cannot start or the slider moves abnormally

    Main motor failure: Check whether the starting circuit has an emergency stop that has not been released, loose cable connections, or a 24V control power problem; confirm that the three-phase power supply is normal, and check whether the main motor starting components are overloaded or damaged.
    Slider problem: If the slider cannot move down quickly, check the tightness of the guide rail, the position of the rear gear shaft, and the foot switch signal; if the bending speed is slow, adjust the Y-axis parameters and check the hydraulic system pressure and proportional valve status.

  • Starting obstacles, low shearing efficiency, or abnormal noise

    Starting problem: Confirm that the power supply is stable, check the motor status and control panel function, and replace the faulty parts in time.
    Shearing efficiency: Regularly replace worn blades, fine-tune the blade gap, and ensure the stability of the air pressure system.
    Abnormal noise: Check the wear of the transmission system, optimize the lubrication system, and tighten loose parts.

  • Mechanical wear or electrical system failure

    Mechanical wear: Check the wear of the roller, transmission gears, and bearings every three months, and replace or repair damaged parts in time.
    Electrical failure: Check the motor temperature, sensor sensitivity and control system every month to ensure that there is no overheating or signal failure; use professional accessories to avoid performance degradation.

  • Power failure, transmission system problem or inaccurate stroke

    Power problem: Check the power plug, line and control system motherboard to ensure normal power supply.
    Transmission failure: Replace worn belts, chains or gears, and adjust the tightness of transmission parts.
    Stroke deviation: Check and adjust the limit switch position to ensure accurate stroke.

  • Spindle failure, abnormal tool change or handwheel failure

    Spindle problem: Adjust the tool clamping device and check the status of the hydraulic cylinder and stroke switch.
    Tool change failure: Clean the manipulator clamping pin or adjust the clamping grip spring to ensure smooth tool change.
    Handwheel problem: Check the axis selection switch, ratio switch and connecting wire, and replace damaged parts to restore the handwheel function.
